FCT Policies

Please review FCT's policies for program registration, court reservations, refunds, cancellations, and facility conduct before registering or booking.

Registration Process

Enroll in all tennis programs, drills, and classes through the FCT player portal at friscoct.clubautomation.com or via the FCT mobile app. Full payment is required at the time of registration.

Auto-Enrollment

Once registered, you will be automatically enrolled for each subsequent session. Fees are processed on the Wednesday before the new session begins. To opt out or make changes, email FCT by Tuesday at 6:00 PM before the new session starts.

Registration Restrictions

No new registrations are accepted during weeks 3 and 4 of a current session. Registration for the following session opens during weeks 1 and 2. All registrations, changes, and opt-outs must be submitted by email — no changes are accepted by phone, voicemail, or WhatsApp.

Refund Policy

To request a refund, submit your request no later than three (3) business days before the program's first class. Mid-session cancellations will not receive refunds unless accompanied by a doctor's note. No other refunds are offered. Programs or camps purchased at a discounted price are non-refundable.

Medical Refunds

A full reimbursement can be granted before the program begins with a valid doctor's note. For medical refund requests made during the program, a proportional refund will be considered upon submission of medical documentation.

Make-up Sessions

Makeup classes are available only within the same session. To be eligible, inform your coach or the FCT office at least 8 hours before the scheduled class. Exceptions may be made for illness or FISD activity conflicts with explanation. No refunds, credits, or prorated fees for missed classes.

Inclement Weather

Class cancellations due to adverse weather will be communicated by email. FCT will arrange a makeup class for a later date.

Clinics & Special Events

All programs, clinics, and special events must be paid in full at registration. If only two (2) participants are enrolled in a clinic, the session duration will be one (1) hour. Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours before the scheduled time. Weather-related cancellations for special events receive account credits.

Pro Shop Returns

Racquets that have been strung or whose packaging has been unwrapped cannot be returned. All other pro shop items may be returned in original condition within a reasonable time. Contact us for assistance.

Court Reservations

Reserve courts up to 7 days before the desired date. Courts must be reserved for a minimum of 1.5 hours. Reservations can be made through the player portal or app.

Court Cancellation Policy

Cancel court reservations at least 24 hours before the reserved time to receive an account credit. No refunds are issued — only account credits for timely cancellations. Cancellations can be made through the player portal or app.

Private Lesson Cancellations

Cancel private lessons with your designated Pro at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to avoid being charged the full lesson amount.

Prohibited Activities

  • Alcohol consumption is prohibited
  • No ball machines or basket feeding at middle schools or city parks
  • Glass containers are prohibited on courts
  • Coaches not employed by FCT are prohibited from coaching at any facility
  • Pets are not allowed on tennis courts at any time
  • No games other than tennis to be played on courts
  • Excessive noise, racquet throwing, and profanity are strictly forbidden
  • Shirts must be worn on courts at all times
  • Non-playing spectators must remain outside the court fence
  • No denim allowed on courts. Tennis shoes with non-marking soles required
  • Trash must be placed in provided containers

Reservations are subject to adjustments due to unexpected changes in the Frisco ISD schedule. FCT will notify you promptly if a reservation is affected.
